At Gabby Furniture, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare for Pickup
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes; for large freight items, our concierge team will contact you to schedule a convenient curbside pickup window.
Inspection Process
Once your return reaches our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our resale standards.
Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees, typically appearing within 7-10 days.
